This 1978 Mooney 201 is in great shape for its age. It has only 2140 hours of total time since it was new. The plane has all logs since new and was owned by the same person for the last 20 years. It has no damage history, corrosion, or hail damage. It has always been stored in a hangar. The paint, glass, and interior are in excellent original condition. It has new main tires and a new battery. The engine was recently overhauled by Signature, an FAA certified repair station, and has 110 hours since the overhaul. It also has a prop governor that was overhauled, a light weight starter and alternator, all new fluid carrying hoses, and new Lord mounts. The plane has a 4 place intercom, radar altimeter, NARCO 12D, Century 1 auto pilot, and a Garmin 250 XL GPS with moving map that is coupled to the Century I AP. The annual inspection is good until 11/01/2012. The airframe is in nearly perfect condition for a '78. It looks, runs, and flies great.
