Description

This is a 1979 Mooney 231, model M20K. It has all logs since it was new. The airframe and engine have a total time of 1127 hours since new. It has electric trim and no known damage history, corrosion, or hail damage. It has been in Minnesota since it was new. The engine has only 10 hours since an extensive top overhaul with new exhaust valves, guides, pistons, piston pins, rings, and gaskets. The intake valves were replaced, and the rocker arms were reconditioned. It has 6 new balanced heavy connecting rods. The annual inspection is pending. It looks, runs, and flies great.
