This is a 1979 Piper Archer airplane. It has all logs since it was new. It used to be registered in the US, but was brought into Canada in 2009. The useful load is 937 pounds. The last annual inspection was in October 2024. The engine compression is excellent, with all cylinders at 78 PSI. A 5-year check for corrosion on the propeller was done in October 2024. The plane is stored in a hangar. It has new brake pads. The outside is white with orange and yellow stripes. The inside is clean.
