This is a nice 2007 Beechcraft G36 Bonanza. It has all the options a pilot could want, plus a new engine. It has factory air-conditioning, a WAAS G1000, Synthetic Vision, and tinted rear windows. The leather interior is in great shape with no tears or stains. The white exterior with maroon and gold stripes looks good. The last annual inspection was done in March 2016. A factory remanufactured Continental IO-550B engine with zero time was installed and now has less than 50 hours on it. New D’Shannon Engine Baffles were installed and the exhaust system was completely overhauled. It has always been maintained by Beechcraft Service Centers or Bonanza specialists.
