Description

This is a license-free, one-seat coaxial helicopter that is ready to fly. It's not a kit; it comes fully built and flight-tested. It's one of the lightest manned helicopters in the world. Because it qualifies as an ultralight under FAR 103, you don't need a license or registration to fly it. The engine is a lightweight 60+hp MZ202 with an electric starter and dual ignition. The twin rotor blades are made of durable aluminum-composite. The instrument panel has a 7" LCD color touchscreen that shows engine/rotor rpm, speed, altitude, cylinder head and exhaust gas temps, air temp, battery voltage, date and time, and trip time. The coaxial design cancels torque better than a single-main-rotor design, making the aircraft very stable. It has a standard helicopter control system with cyclic and collective controls, plus foot pedals for directional control. This helicopter can also autorotate.
